Existing system Leica 1200 users only need to purchase a cell phone modem and a data contract to enable them to enable them to connect to the data service either on their Total Stations (via a SmartStation) or on their GPS/GNSS rover. Users of other manufacturers systems that can receive a RTCM correction can also subscribe to the SmartFIX service.
